I was born in Hong Kong, where wellness was woven into daily living. But somewhere between moving to the U.S., building a global pharmaceutical career, and striving to be the “perfect” modern woman, I buried that wisdom. I learned to push through, ignore my body’s whispers, and keep performing.
East Meets West: My Transformation
I threw myself into learning everything I could about menopause and perimenopause. Not just the medical stuff (though that pharmaceutical background sure came in handy), but the revolutionary research showing how our brains actually become more integrated, more creative, and more powerful during this transition.
