My Personal story

Where I Come From

I was born in Hong Kong, where wellness was infrastructure, not an industry. My grandaunt brewed herbal teas for every ailment. My mother treated food as medicine. The body was understood as intelligent, not just mechanical. Health wasn't something you pursued. It was something you maintained as a matter of daily life.

TCM saved me from anorexia, acupuncture and acupressure healed my leg injuries, and the occasional herbs kept me away from the need for western health interventions. But when I started building a career in the U.S., I acclimated into a different operating system entirely: push through, optimise output, ignore the signals. I was good at that system, for a long time.

In my 40s, running demanding global projects, I hit a wall. Fractured sleep. Vanishing cognitive sharpness. A body sending signals I kept overriding. Doctor said: tests look normal, let's monitor………And that's it.

The turning point was unexpected. I was assigned to lead a menopause drug project. Immersed in the disease knowledge, I recognised my own story on every page. What felt like deterioration was the body forcing a more sustainable architecture. The same physiological changes disrupting my focus were also, if properly supported, creating new neural pathways. The brain wasn't breaking down. It was restructuring.

Here's what struck me most: I had full access to the pharmaceutical system, yet what actually worked is an integrative protocol that drew on everything I knew. East and West. Clinical and embodied. Combined with the decision framework I applied at work. Same brain, similar solution for different problems.

Hi, I'm Ange.

Most approaches treat health and performance as separate conversations. Go to a doctor for your body. Go to a coach for your mindset. Go to a therapist for the rest.

I work at the intersection of your physiological state and your decision-making quality.

The same frameworks used in corporate strategy to navigate complexity, cut through information overload, clarify trade-offs, and align decisions to a north star — those frameworks work just as powerfully on the decisions you're making about your own life. Career pivots. Health choices. What to prioritise. What to let go. Where to put your energy when you don't have enough of it.

None of those frameworks work well when your nervous system is dysregulated, your sleep is fractured, and your body is running on override.

So we work on both simultaneously - the thinking architecture and the physiological foundation that makes clear thinking possible. That combination is what I bring.

What I Bring —Two complete fluencies —Two full depths.

On one side: years as a pharmaceutical executive at the intersection of clinical science and global commercial strategy. I know how to read research, navigate complexity, and make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information. I understand the medical system from the inside — what it's good at, and where its gaps are.

On the other side: Certified health coach yoga teacher, trained in breathwork, brain-based meditation, and trauma-informed practice. Shaped by a cultural inheritance that treats the body as a source of intelligence, not a vehicle for the mind.

Most people in this space have one or the other. A wellness background with some science literacy. Or a corporate background with some mindfulness practice bolted on.

The methodology I've built lives in the integration of both worlds.

Who I Work With

Professionals at an inflection point. Executives managing relentless cognitive load. Founders running on adrenaline past the point of return. High-achievers in midlife whose bodies are sending signals they can no longer ignore. Anyone who has optimised everything external and is starting to realise the constraint is internal.

You don't need to know anything about corporate strategy frameworks or integrative medicine to work with me. You just need to recognise that the way you're currently operating isn't sustainable and that you want something more rigorous than generic wellness advice.

I'll bring the frameworks. You bring the willingness to apply them.

What Becomes Possible

When your capacity is strong and your decision-making is clear, everything else runs better. Your judgment sharpens. Your creativity returns. You stop spending energy on decisions that should be simple. You start moving toward what actually matters instead of just managing what's urgent.

That's not a wellness outcome. That's a life outcome.

You can be sharp, effective, ambitious, and well. Not sequentially. Simultaneously. That's what this work is built to create.

If you're ready to build that foundation — let's talk.

healthy lifestyle

Navigating perimenopause or menopause? This work is especially relevant —and it's a transition I've both lived and studied in depth. You don't have to white-knuckle through it.
